One tree standing by itself is a welcome site offering beauty and shade. Many trees together make a bluff welcoming for rest and meditation. A large collection of trees and a multitude of plants is a forest where one can walk and find peace, meditate, introvert and discover Love within to share with the world. One person applying the principles of Love makes a difference and change the world.
Where ever you go, whatever you do, you are within the Universal field of consciousness and everything that happens during the journey is meant for the betterment of your soul and your life. So enjoy the journey and count the blessings along the way.
Moving in the general direction of the thought created will bring you that what you are wanting, no need for elaborate detailed planning, that’s controlling. Just moving in the general direction is enough; the Universe will activate all that is necessary for your vision to become real.
Knowing and remembering that most of the thoughts taking place are not your thoughts. Only the thoughts that you are voluntary creating are your thoughts all others are from existing beliefs and have no value.
When lost in the woods the best thing to do is to hug a tree. When stranded during the winter stay put. When in doubt abstain and when things in life are not going as plan wait for direction and follow your intuition.
Focusing on the little daily occurrences that are disturbing will guaranty more of the same and, more important you will be blinded to see the good things that are happening.
What is it that you want? A simple question and a loaded one. Do we really know what we want? Really, really?
Did you know that the Law of Attraction state that there is nothing that you cannot be, do or have? And that which is like unto itself is drawn. Meaning that if I want positive things to happen in my life I need to focus on positive things within me. It’s magic. Or is it? There is an old saying that we will harvest what we saw. Nothing more nothing less. Do you want to receive love then start living it. Start loving everything and everyone freely abundantly and it will come. To be in tune with what we want its’ creating it and receiving it. Doubtful that this is the way it works? Give it a try, seat down now and appreciate someone, anyone, your wife, your kid, your co-worker, anyone, just take a few minutes and write down something appreciative about someone and either tell them or give them the note and see what happen. Go ahead try it. Another important fact, be grateful for everything that you have right now and make a list. Just look around you and focus on one thing and be grateful that someone actually took the time to invent it someone else to manufacture it and again another to bring it to you so that your life might be fuller and your work easier to do. Be appreciative and grateful for that one thing and see how you feel now.
I use to give my boss a birthday present every year. Most time a gift certificate to his favored pub. One year I decided to do something different, I wrote a letter telling him how much I appreciated working for him and all that I learned since I started my job. I also mentioned how much I was impressed with his way of dealing with everyday problems and situation. At that time his wife was fighting cancer. The effect of that letter for his birthday was like nothing I expected. I gave it to him first thing in the morning and he came to see me at lunch time. His attitude was totally different than usual and he was near tears. Not something that ever happens before, or since. Our relationship changed from that point on for the better. Try it and see what happen.
I think I am going to stop here for few minutes and write a love note to my wife of 36 years.
OK I am back. And feeling awesome.
So what is it that you want? Take the time to ponder this and write it down, visualize it and keep it in front of you at all time, then go do the next thing in front of you and dedicate it to what you want. Esther and Jerry say: “One who is a visionary thrives in all times.” And one who is an observer doesn’t. What does that means? Observing your life and looking for outside motivation instead of inner intuition brings only what you observe. Blaming everything and everyone for your own lack is to be an observer, tuning into your inner voice and creating a vision of your desire, that’s happiness at its best.
Recharging our energy load bank, a very simple process, feeling down, feeling low, that’s the indication, your energy load bank need refueling. Nothing to get obsess about, just a fact of life accept it for what it is. When you are hungry you eat, you’re not getting obsess by it you just refuel and carry on. When you are tired you rest, a good night sleep that’s refueling. The same applies to our energy level, when you feel negative, it is the sign that you need to refuel. Changing your thoughts will do that, when feeling low, or depressed, or frustrated or any of the same feelings ask yourself “what do I want instead”? And look for more positive thoughts, one way to recharge is to express gratitude, yeah here it is again, gratitude is food for the soul, the same as groceries are food for the body. So go feel up. The same you don’t get upset when you are hungry, you just feed yourself, the same applies no need to get angry for being down, just notice the sign and go do what needs to be done. Sometime a little dance, or a song, or anything that sheer you up will do the trick and you will be full again until next time. It’s just like entering a dark room, just sat there and complains about the darkness, even swear at it, and kick a fuss, still dark? Yep. How about reaching for the switch and turning the light on look how the darkness disappears. Amazing, is it not? Simple and a very small effort indeed. Next time you feel down just lighter up and see what happen.
“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”~ Wayne Dyer
3 simple steps to manifest your desire . 1. Get clear on what you want.
2. Know that you wouldn’t have the desire if you/the Universe didn’t have the ability to bring it to life.
3. Joyously and enthusiastically do the next little thing in front of you.
Repeat 1 to 3. And again appreciation of others and of all things will match the vibration of the Universe and everything become possible.
Have you watched the news? I mean really watch and implicating yourself within the stories? Crime, murders, wars, bombing, destruction, greed, fear, desire for power and on and on.
Witnessing this from a distance and being totally detached of responsibilities and outcome is dysfunctional collectiveness. And as a member of this society we are individually responsible for the outcome. It is time we seriously start to consider our involvement and recognize our individual actions as part of the whole result and own it. Only then can the situation changes, it is up to each one of us to claim responsibility for what is happening in the world.
Scientific research proved that it only takes the square root of 1% of the population to create a change. That’s 100 volunteers per 1 million capita. “If you can find one person among then I will not destroy Sodom and Gomorrah”…
The great tradition has named this dysfunction of the mind. Christianity of the western world call it “sin” and also point into the direction of “salvation” or “enlightenment” in the eastern beliefs. Whatever our individual beliefs are we all know what the answer is. What needs to take place is for us to embrace fully the role that we are playing in the production called “life”. Only then can change take place.
To recognize one’s own insanity is, of course, the arising of sanity, the beginning of healing and transcendence. Eckhart Tolle. A new earth.
We all have our own beliefs and act accordingly; we might attend religious ceremonies, go the church, one a week, and then resume our everyday life full of controversies going against our beliefs. Expressing our feelings of hate, anger, frustration toward anyone in our way. Our level of spirituality as nothing to do with what we believe, but everything to do with our state of consciousness and that’s what determines how we act toward each others. Taking the time to ponder the facts will bring to light our own responsibilities and allow us to bring about the changes we like to see in our society and in our world, back to us individuals.
Haven is not a place somewhere out there, it’s a realm of consciousness. By transforming our human consciousness will bring about change in the physical world.
Ego is no more than this: identification with form. Which primarily means thought forms. If evil has any reality-and it as relative, not an absolute, reality- this is also its definition: complete identification with form- physical forms, thoughts forms, emotional forms. This results in a total unawareness of my connectedness whit the whole, my intrinsic oneness with the Source. This forgetfulness id original sin, suffering, delusion. When this delusion of utter separateness underlies and governs what I think, say, and do, what kind of world do I create? To find the answer to this, observe how humans relate to each other, read history book, or watch the news on TV tonight. From A new Earth Eckhart Tolle.
This really need to be reflected upon. The reason for so much suffering in the world “MY” My car, my house, my toys, my, my, my. Just imagine for a minute that someone’s watch was stolen, somebody’s car was wrecked, someone else’s wife cheated on them. Unfortunate but not a big deal, right? Now imagine that “my” watch was stolen, “my” car was wrecked, “my” partner cheating on me. Take on a whole new meaning doesn’t it?
Life will give us the most helpful experience we need for the evolution of your consciousness. How do we know it’s the experience we need? Just because it is the one we are having now. Byron Katie says “ how do I know the wind should blow? It is blowing now” And she adds “when I argue with reality, I lose but only 100% of the time” Powerful stuff indeed.
The stronger the judgment of someone else’s action, the greater the mirror image there is. When I strongly dislike something in another it points out to my shortcoming. Carl Yung call it “the shadow” Coming to the realization of our own fault, by looking at others, and then bringing about the change that need to take place is the beginning of the change that in turn will take place in the whole human race. If I am annoyed when people express greed or anger or anything that I identify in them, I need to look at myself and own the same faults or qualities, yes it works both way. Powerful, uplifting exercise. Give it a try next time and see what happen.
We cannot choose external circumstances, but we can always choose how we respond. Epictetus in his Enchiridion.
There is nothing good or bad, but what we make it. Hamlet.

Back in the 60’s there was a theory about being in control of your life and it went this way, “ do whatever feels good and if it backfires blame it on your parents”. My paraphrase.
Of course that theory was proven completely false and today we are more acute in going in another direction and looking at who is responsible for anything that happens in our life. And yes the finger point at me, so I am in charge and in control, not my parents, not my teachers, not my preacher, my wife, mi kids and no one “make me do that” I choose to be, every minute of every living day what my actions are. Can they be influenced by beliefs that I created during my life, certainly and then again I created these believes. Did I? Honest introspection is a very powerful tool; introspection can be scary at time but a necessary process to growth and evolution in the right direction.
When Jesus, was walking the earth his teaching were against the existing “book of rules” written in those days. What do you think Jesus would say if he was walking the earth today? What do you think the church would do to him today? In both case I think the same thing would happen Jesus would certainly condemn today’s church’s teachings and the church would probably crucify him again.
“And as Dostoevsky among many others observed, if Christ had returned to preach his message of liberation in the Middle Ages, he would have been crucified again and again by the leaders of that very church whose worldly power was built on his name. Powerful thought applicable in any generation.
First we want a book of rules, that tells us what to do every minutes of the day and in the other hand we want to be free to make our own decisions, and as much as we wanna open a rule book with all the perfect answers to our problems, it’s not gonna happen. Control over our consciousness cannot be institutionalized or captured in a convenient recipe. Yes I know I keep repeating myself but hey that’s how we learn isn’t it? Perhaps you might want to read this again
Of course we could discuss this for an entire weekend but let’s just drive the Big Idea home: Learning to control our consciousness is an inside job. Yes it is an inside job. Allowing information from the outside in and then working an interpretation that fit our own individuality is perhaps a lot of work! The reward is grander than you might even perceive it to be. So here and now make you mind, take the decision that rising to developing consciousness is your responsibility. Start writing your own book of rules, live by it and bear the consequences. And here it is the great magic word, I want to be in charge of my life but I don’t want to bear the responsibility. How convenient and that is the social concept that Jesus fought against and would fight against he if was walking among us today. Bottom line.
You see reading books and acquiring knowledge is a great thing applying that knowledge is another and that was one of Jesus’ teaching “do what they say not what they do”. Apply what you are learning to your daily life not withstanding any of what is happening around you to justify your own action. Learn act and be responsible and accept all outcome.
To be in agreement with that which is described, to practice them is another. To study sound practices and have discussion about it is a good thing, but they need to be incorporated into your life to receive the benefit from it. Moving from theory into practice is the key to growth and evolution. If you merely collect spiritual information without practicing it, all you will develop is a case of spiritual indigestion and constipation. (Michael Bernard Beckwith).
We all heard that knowledge is power. Well hang on to your breaches IT ISN’T. THE APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE IS POWER… Yes indeed application of knowledge is power not just knowledge,
Isn’t it strange that you would learn a new technique, and there is good ones out there, and then wonder how come it doesn’t work?
It does not matter where or how the information comes to you what matter is the belief you build for yourself according to the information you have received. And sometime beliefs are created extremely fast. And many things we decide to believe today because of what we learned yesterday, and yesterday’s version might not be accurate for today’s living. Would you go back to a rotary hanging on the wall phone? The same applies to our everyday life, adaptation and continuous learning.
There are many techniques to arrive and pursue knowledge and education. For the past few years I am using and teaching a technique called The One Command. I encourage you to investigate. It is bringing me closer and closer to my life goals and already I have witnessed great success because of it. Visit my site

Do you suppose that a high IQ is most important for your survival? Or are you more centered toward the abilities to self motivation, persistence in the face of frustration, being able to control impulses and delay gratification, to regulate your moods and keep distress from swamping the ability to think to empathize and to hope. Without these quality accompanying intelligence, success in any field is highly doubtful.
Perhaps we should spend less time in education and more in discovering and developing our talents and gifts. There are hundreds of ways and many different abilities that are involve in anyone’s success.
A large amount of information learned during school years become obsolete the day after graduation. Instead of spending so much time feeling your head with useless material, why not instead developing the gifts and talents that you were born with and then learning how to apply them in the course of a life time, acquiring the more important abilities listed above.
So instead of focusing on the IQ numbers delivered by a test, why not discovering your aptitude and develop an attitude towards them, thus creating a life of meaning, fulfillment and personally defined success.
So how aware are you if your gifts and talents? Isn’t it about time you find out, discover what really get you going, what drives you, what is it that push you out of bed in the morning with a smile and a desire to be what you were always meant to be? To go out and take on the world for another day of reward and fulfillment.
It all start with the determination to find who and what you really are and then apply it days after days. Intelligence with a high IQ will not motivate you to get up and get out and be the best that you can be.
Logging 5000 hours on any subject will make you a master to be a grandmaster with ability to surpass any masters around you will need to log in 10 000 hours, the difference is not how intelligent you are but how dedicated to your purpose, how much in love you are with the subject, that’s what will make you a grandmaster.
This is why emotional intelligence is a far better predictor of success in life than IQ. If you’ve got a super high IQ and super low control of your emotions, you simply WILL NOT manifest your highest potential. Period.
One of the greatest skills anyone can acquire is “delayed gratification” The need to be able to regulate our impulses if we’re going to perform well at anything that requires sustained attention—whether it’s studying for a test, building a business, or cultivating our relationships.
Now where are your beliefs? Are you tuned into the IQ bit where the ego find satisfaction or into the I can bit where the whole being can manifest anything he wants according to its talents, constant focused intensity and success? And the good, or bad news, is that it’s up to you yes indeed. So how intelligent are you?
There are many techniques to help you achieve your dreams. For the past few years I am using and teaching a technique called The One Command. I encourage you to investigate. It is bringing me closer and closer to my life goals and already I have witnessed great success because of it. Visit my site
