Can you trust your leaders?
In Mentoring For Free we believe in “leadership” We believe “to have more I needs to become more” . How do I become more? you ask? Let me share with you what students of MFF share on our calls. The first one is from Tamara Racine. She write:
“You cannot trust a man with your money who cannot take care of his own.” This statement and the lines that follow have significant meaning. How can you expect someone to trust you with their goals and dreams, if you are not a leader that follows yours. If you are all over the place and not focused, you will not be able to help someone else or be trusted to guide them in the right direction.
For the author to state that you are not helping your children by just giving them or leaving them money is so true. I want to show my children the value of a dollar and how will they learn that if they are handed everything? I do not have a lot of material possessions but the ones I have I worked hard too get and appreciate the effort I made to get them. I want that same value instilled in my children. I agree that is more profitable to teach your children to fish, then too just give them the food to eat.
“Study it wherever you choose–in business, in your profession, in your housekeeping, whatever your life, that one thing is the secret to your success.” Reading this statement was a huge a-ha for me. It is not your fault if you do not succeed in Network Marketing if the demand from the consumer is not there. You have to have a product or service that people are going to want in order to be successful. Now I understand that it is not my fault, if the demand cannot be met.
Very powerful stuff. Don’t you think?
“To become more I need to be more” This will be realized first by becoming a student of a system that is easy to follow and that can be duplicated by everyone. By assisting anyone that ask for help, be there for them when they need. Be trustworthy. Be accountable.

I was a loser. Change to a non-winner. Was programmed all the negative thoughts in life. I decided to change all those negative thoughts to positive. It’s up to us, to come to the realization of what is real and what is not. Its up to us to accept the truth. The truth is powerful.
When you change your life, you over come any obstacles. When you change the negative thoughts to positive you gain self confidence. I’ve seen so many obstacles that I changed them into opportunities. Its a amazing how, not having energy, to all the energy to do what you want to do. Have the desire to be a winner. Feel good to enjoy the changes and to succeed in what you want in life.
This for me drove the point home. Mentoring For Free works. Tamara and Chris are two of the hundreds of people who’s life is transformed by dedicated leaders that give freely of their time for our success.
